Disney unveils faux Obama on the Fourth of July
Call it Faux-bama. Or perhaps Robobama. After a long renovation, the Hall of Presidents at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom reopens this Saturday, July 4, and inside is a new guest: an Audio-Animatronic version of President Barack Obama.

On June 27, 2009, the Walt Disney Company opened the doors of its normally-off-limits archives to a small, lucky group of people who belong to the official Disney fan community, which is called D23 (in honor of the year 1923, when a young and ambitious Walt Disney moved to Hollywood to begin his storied career.)

Disney Interactive Studios debuts stereoscopic 3-D gaming on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii
3-D arrives to this generation of home console gaming. Disney Interactive Studios will be bringing two of its upcoming movie-based games to current generation game systems in stereoscopic 3-D. G-Force (on Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3) and Toy Story Mania! (Wii) will feature 3-D effects in their games with the use of the included anaglyphic 3-D glasses (red and cyan lenses). There will be 2 sets of the 3-D glasses included in each game package, for use during two-player games. That's a first for this generation of gaming.

The United States' 3-2 loss to Brazil in the Confederations Cup final was seen by 3.9 million people on ESPN, the most-viewed non-World Cup game for the American team on the cable network.
